Funerals fill an important role for those mourning the loss of a loved one. By providing surviving family and friends with an atmosphere of care and support in which to share thoughts and feelings about death, funerals are the first step in the healing process. It is the traditional way to recognize the finality of death. Funerals are recognized rituals for the living to show their respect for the dead and to help survivors begin the grieving process.

You can have a full funeral service even for those choosing cremation. Planning a personalized ceremony or service will help begin the healing process. Overcoming the pain is never easy, but a meaningful funeral or tribute will help.

We're still a family-owned funeral home; most of the other homes are corporate-owned. We are willing to work with each family and their financial responsibilities; overspending is not a symbol of caring.

I cant say enough Good Things about this Amazing Place! They took such Great care of my Mother in Law from the pre-arrangements, to the arrangements, the preparation, the Chapel service and just all around compassion the staff showed my family. The quality of care you get from John Ireland is just Phenomenal. You cant ask for a better place to trust your loved ones with! John was so easy to work with and talk to when we were making prearrangements. There is No upselling ,no over priced gimmicks, everything was presented straight forward and honest. When my MIL passed, Ruby was so patient with us (we are a HUGE Family) as we finalized the plans. Ruby listened and was so tender and compassionate with my sister in law who was (understandably) a hot mess. A huge shout out to Taylor who put up with our MANY changes, never losing her smile and whom did a wonderful job on the folders and video. Now to brag on Our Favorite Nicole! She was such a Blessing! Nicole was our 'Person in Charge' the day of the funeral. When I say that she is Fantastic, the Bees Knees, Best Thing since sliced Bread and Our saving Grace, I kid you not! She was so empathic, compassionate, and patient guiding us thru the service and day with such ease. The only thing I regret is that I didn't get to hug her and tell her how Amazing she is. My husbands family has used John Ireland for many years with many loved ones, this was my first time working with them. I can honestly say that we will never use anybody else but John Ireland. This place is the Best!
