Victoria Louise Mann was born on May 17, 1941, to Wilton Todd Kiplinger and Gladys Novela Neal. She was the oldest of 10 children.
Victoria began her career in accounting and had a knack for running numbers. She then moved into the bar/club business, where she, to this day, has left her mark. She then joined the Real Estate world, dedicating 30-plus years. In the 1990s, she began a career in the gaming/bingo industry. Victoria was very business-minded and had many ventures in her lifetime.
Victoria loved the finer things in life. She loved a good book. She loved spending time with her lifelong girlfriends. She loved her cocktails by the pool or the fireplace. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors in her flower beds, tending to her flowers.
In her last days, Victoria was taken care of diligently by her granddaughter Ashleigh, great-grandson Ashton, nieces Alicia and Crystal, and her daughter-in-law Marty Mink. Victoria had a sweet, kind, and gentle spirit. To have known her is to have loved her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and loved ones.
