Traci Ryan Obituary

Traci Diane Ryan, amazing wife, mother, daughter, and sister, passed away suddenly at the age of 47, and went to be with her Lord on June 2nd 2021. Traci was born at McCurtain County hospital, Idabel OK to Jimmy and Vicki Tidmore. She lived most of her life in Moore, Oklahoma where she graduated as part of the national honor society from Moore High School in 1992.

Traci would meet the love of her life, Robert Ryan, in 1995 at a New Year’s Eve party. After a short courtship they were married March 19th 1996. They celebrated 25 wonderful years together this year. Traci and Robert raised four amazing children, Austen, Blake, Connor and Caitlyn.

Traci loved many things. She loved to help and serve others. She could frequently be seen helping out at countless church functions. She loved to share her faith. Twice she took missions trips to Latvia to put on VBS so others might know the love of Jesus. Traci loved to learn. She was an outstanding student and graduated from OSU with a degree in accounting in 2019. Traci always loved to sing and perform. As a young girl Traci could be found taking the spotlight during a living room dance or song. She loved to sing the most when she was singing to her Lord. She was proud to be a member of the Singing ChurchWomen of Oklahoma for over two years. Above all things, Traci loved her Lord. Everything she did, she did it for her love for Him. She served because He first served her. She shared her faith because of her faith in Him. She also worked hard, as if working for her Lord.

She was an outstanding employee at the FAA for over 18 years. Traci's gift was organizing and building systems. She was recognized several times for her work excellence. She was currently a SME for the FAA travel dept. In 2016, she was solely awarded the Agency Assist Award and traveled to Washington D.C. to receive her award.

Traci was preceded in death by her father Jimmy Tidmore in 2003. She is survived by her husband Robert Ryan, sons Austen Kelley and fiancée Nikki Nazworth, Connor Ryan and fiancée Kamey Cardwell, daughters Blake Ryan and Caitlyn Ryan and her boyfriend Tuan Dang, mother Vicki and stepdad Albert Woodruff, mother-in-law Carol Holloway, brother Jim and sister-in-law Debbie Tidmore, sister Jami and brother-in-law Nathan Hurlburt, four precious granddaughters, Sydni Ann, Alison Wana Marie, Tinsley Jean and Karlie Ruth Kelley, nephews Alex Tidmore, Carter and Ethan Hurlburt, and Brandon Brown and nieces Anna Tidmore and Angela Brown.

Traci’s death has hit us all very hard. She was the heart and soul of her family. She could always be counted on when needed. Traci was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She was full of life, to know Traci was to love her and she will forever be missed.

Funeral services for Traci will be held on Saturday, June 12 at 2:00 PM at the Regency Park Baptist Church located at 2001 North Janeway Ave in Moore, Oklahoma.
