Born May 8, 1944 in Texarkana, AR to John Henry Davis and Dorothy Nolan Davis. He left this life and entered into Heaven October 14, 2020. He joined the US Navy at a young age and proudly served his country for 10 years. He was in the Vietnam War and stationed on several air craft carriers as Flight Deck Petty Officer. He was a survivor of the fire aboard the USS Forrestal in June 1967. While stationed in Norfolk, VA he met and married the love of his life after a 3 month whirlwind romance. After returning home from the military he went into sales, where he spent 45 years with Mastergaurd. Tom had a very adventurous spirit which landed him in Africa in 1980. Where he went on a gold and diamond mining excursion. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at the cabin in Colorado and the dock at Lake Texoma. He endured many health problems along the path of his life. He leaves a hole in our hearts and will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandra K. Davis; two sons, Ray Davis and wife Kristi, Jay Davis and wife Patti. And many loved grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 19, 2020 at the John Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, 120 S. Broadway, Moore, OK.
