Sandra Andene Thomsen

Sandra Andene Thomsen, of Oklahoma City, passed away January 14, 2021 at the age of 85.  She was born Jul 18, 1935, in Depew, Oklahoma, to Oather Earl & Carrie McClain.  Sandra was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Moore.  She is survived by 3 children, son, Rick Rankin and his children, Darren Rankin & wife, Cassie, and Jimmy Rankin; daughter, Jeanie Raper, and her son, Chase Raper & wife, Amanda, and son, Brian Rankin; her husband, Fred Thomsen; and 3 grandchildren, Weston, Annie, and Josh. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Oather & Carrie McClain; and 2 brothers, Bob & J.W. McClain.  Visitation for Sandra will be held from 11:00 AM, to 8:30 PM, Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, located at 120 South Broadway, in Moore, Oklahoma.  Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, located at 1032 NW 12th Street, in Moore, Oklahoma, with interment to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery, located at 4000 SE 29th Street, in Del City, Oklahoma.  Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore, Oklahoma.
