Russell Kendall Proctor

Russell Kendall Proctor, 72, passed away on September 5, 2021 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He was born to Jesse C. and Genevieve M. (Miller) Proctor on December 10, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana. His family moved to Oklahoma City when he was a teenager and he graduated from Carl Albert High School. He enjoyed his work as a security guard for over 30 years. He was especially attached to his dog Nikita.

He was proceeded in death by both his parents. He is survived by wife Flora Alvarado of the home. They had no children. He is also survived by his former spouse Jeannie and their two daughters Deanna M. Norris and husband Ian of Edmond, OK, along with their children William R. Thompson, Harvest M. Norris, Everett W. Norris; and Lisa M. Thompson and husband Wesley of Eufaula, OK, with their children Faith N. Proctor, Camden M. Thompson, Jessie K. Proctor. He is also survived by his former wife Lori and their son Justin Proctor of Midwest City, OK, and his children Erick K. Proctor, Dylon J. Proctor, Gunner R. Proctor; his Aunt Mary; his brother Michael Proctor who resides in Oklahoma City, OK, and numerous cousins.
