Robert Hawkins

Robert Hawkins, 94, passed away January 3, 2021. He was born February 21, 1926 in Bryant Community, Oklahoma to Lee and Mildred Hawkins. Robert was a proud police officer for almost 20 years before retiring. He spent most of his life farming, raising cattle, and taking care of his garden. He loved to be outside and also traveling.  Robert was a very caring person and the most honest man you could meet. Robert is survived by his children, Anita Hill, Doyle Hawkins, Tony Hawkins; grandchildren, Rebecca Lindsey and husband Cody, Jeremy Hawkins, Angela Millermon and husband Rodney, Rachel Gonzalez, Jennifer Hawkins Lumley; great grandchildren, Savannah Lindsey, Colton Lindsey, Dylan Lindsey, Kayla Willket, Ashley Reyes, Jacob Inman, Kaylea, Raynee, Braden; great great grandchildren, Brandon, Jackson, Elizabeth, Gabriel, Valerie Reyes, Alex, and Kirsten, Aubree Gray; siblings, Norma Jean Owens, Mary Evans, Betty Rowland, Sandra Conn; and a host of other loving family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eldon Hawkins; granddaughter, Valerie; great great granddaughter, Layla; brothers, Kenneth Hawkins, Lonnie Hawkins, Louis Hawkins. A graveside service for Robert will be Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Ok.
