Robert F. Lucy

Robert Frederick Lucy was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on January 17, 1946, to John and Mildred Lucy. Bob was raised in Mystic, Connecticut, being the oldest of 8 children. Bob joined the Air Force in 1963 and served his country for 23 years.

In 1967, Bob married Patricia Wilde and had two daughters, Karren and Coral. Bob retired in 1986 and started working for Boeing Aerospace and retired after 15 years to take care of his wife Patricia, who he lost in 2009.

Bob married Thomasina in August of 2013 and moved to Edmond, Oklahoma. Bob enjoyed golfing and was an avid fisherman. He also enjoyed watching sports, spending time with his family, and drinking beer.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mildred Lucy, father and mother-in-law Arthur and Alice Wilde, brother Richard “Dicky” Lucy, and sister Peggy Ann Lucy.

Bob is survived by his wife, Thomasina Lucy; daughter Karren Lucy, and daughter Coral Fairres and husband Todd; his stepsons, Chris and wife Stephanie, David, Corey, and Scott; sisters Debbie Burke and husband Dick, Judy Barber, and Kathy Alfonso and husband Ron; brothers Jimmy Lucy and wife Elsa, and Johnny Lucy and wife Natalie; his grandchildren, Ashley Lucy Harvey and husband Coby, Kyle Moody and wife Emily, Sabrina Jade, Caden Corey, Nathan Corey, Shane Herlihy, Collin Herlihy, and Bryce Herlihy; and his great-grandchildren Parker and Rily Harvey, Jack and Max Moody, and Willow Doherty.
