Ray Henderly Obituary

Ray Allen Henderly died peacefully in the early morning hours of May 7, 2022. He was strong, independent, resourceful, and very likeable. He enjoyed woodworking, yard work, and gambling.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Henderly and Darletta Buehler; and his sister, Delores O’Rourke. He is survived by his sisters, Nell Skaggs, Barbara Johnson, and Connie McDonald; his cousin and lifelong best friend, Bill Raymond; his wife, Valeria; his three children, Jacquelyn Miller, Michael Henderly, and Christopher Henderly; his stepson, Christopher Landes, along with several grandchildren. Ray loved his family, his dogs, and talking to just about anyone.

Ray did not want a formal funeral service. If you wish to do anything in remembrance of him, please make a donation to your local Humane Society or The Wounded Warrior Project. He was a proud Marine, and he will be missed.
