Quinton J Snyder

Quinton J. Snyder of Moore, Oklahoma was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on October 15, 1993, to Darren J. Snyder and Christy D. Sylvester, née Bowling.  On Sunday, July 18, 2021, Quinton left this world far too young at the age of 27 years old.

Growing up, Quinton was actively involved in wrestling, baseball, and football; his passion being wrestling. He played Little League baseball and Little League Wrestling; and he continued his wrestling path with both South and West Moore High Schools. Quinton loved Oklahoma State University and was a proud Cowboys fan, never missing any Oklahoma State Cowboy sporting event. Quinton began his career with Firetrol Protection as a sprinkler fitter and within a few months was promoted to sprinkler inspector. After two years, Quinton studied diligently and passed his test to become licensed in fire alarm inspection, becoming a multi-license inspector within the state of Oklahoma, which is exceedingly rare. Out of all his accomplishments, Quinton was most proud of his two daughters, posting videos of their road trip antics and being the best father he could be.

Quinton was preceded in death by his Papa, William Clymer and his cousin, Dalton Beebe.  He is survived by his daughters, Scarlett and Piper Snyder, and their mother, Brittany Snyder; mother, Christy Sylvester and her husband, Don; father, Darren Snyder; sisters Shelby and Kerry Sylvester; grandparents, Dorothy Clymer as well as J.L. And Shirley Snyder; significant other, Kylie O’Brien; Meme, Brandi Barton and her husband, Alan; Aunt Shelly and her husband, Cody; nephew, Aiden Sylvester, and a host of other loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, July 21 at 4:00 PM at John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel, 120 South Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Southern Hills Baptist Church located at 8901 South Pennsylvania in Oklahoma City.
