Patricia Morren

Patricia “Pat” Morren was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, Mimi, and friend. She passed peacefully with family on Thursday, May 5, 2022 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was a proud California native born January 15, 1965 in Huntington Park to Luis and Sonia Vega. After meeting and marrying her ‘beloved’ Michael Morren they moved to Norman. They were married for 32 years and have four beautiful daughters: Alexis, Brooke, Ciera and Devon.

She is survived by her husband Michael Morren; her mother Sonia Vega; her brother Edwin Vega and sister Sandra Duval. Her four daughters & son-in-laws: Alexis & Matt Haben, Brooke & Jon Pope, Ciera & Dylan Gregory and Devon & Zane Bower. Her grandchildren: Beckham Haben, Cooper Haben, Emilia Pope, and Rein Pope (arriving in September 2022).

Pat valued motherhood above all else. While helping her husband run the family business, she homeschooled all of her daughters and volunteered at Wildwood Community church. 

Pat was known for her wild, curly hair, big smile, hospitality, love for Sonic drinks and coffee. She loved deeply and passionately and lived life to its fullest. 

Pat had a heart for women’s ministry and loved mentoring women of all ages, especially moms. You could often find her at her kitchen table drinking a warm cup of coffee with lots of cream laughing & sharing about life. A celebration of life will be held at Wildwood Community Church, Norman, Oklahoma on Thursday, May 12 at 11:00am.
