Odes Olen Rogers

Odes Olen Rogers of Newcastle, Oklahoma, was born into this world on January 21, 1946. On April 24, 2024, Odes was called Home to the Lord, passing away at the age of 78.

An avid outdoorsman, Odes was always the happiest when he was doing something outside. He enjoyed lake trips where he loved to camp, fish, and spend time with his beloved family. Odes spent much of his free time buying and restoring Volkswagens, piddling, and making small repairs around his home. In his younger, more adventurous years, he loved racing cars and riding his motorcycle.

He is preceded in death by five of his siblings, as well as his wife, Phyllis Rogers, and daughter, Darwynna Rogers.

Odes is survived by his son, Gary Rogers, daughter-in-law Teresa Rogers, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and his brother, Ron Rogers. He will be very deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
