Judy Walker Obituary

Judy Annette Walker of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away from this life to begin her eternal life in Heaven on October 10, 2021 at the age of 77. Judy was born in Palmer, Tennessee to George Cannon and Milly Stella Cannon (Green) on November 2, 1943. Judy was retired from the St. Anthony Hospital where she worked in the business offices.

Judy was a busy, hardworking lady throughout her life. She was a creative and talented seamstress who enjoyed handmaking outfits for her daughters when they were growing up. Judy was devout in her faith to God, and she loved going to church, where she was very involved. She enjoyed volunteering for the Sharing and Caring group, and she loved to travel, especially to Las Vegas.

More than anything, Judy loved to spend time with her family. She was a fantastic homemaker, always wanting to make sure her children were taken care of and had everything they needed. Judy’s warm, caring, and generous heart touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry Walker, her mother and father, Stella and George Cannon, and her sister, Debbie Sweezy.

She is survived by her children, Rochelle Brewer, Kim Manners and husband Johnny, and Lisa Bartley; her grandchildren, Taylor Brewer, Courtney Whitfield, Autumn Manners, Robert Westerwal II and wife Samantha, and Zachary Bartley; great-grandchildren Bentley Westerwal and Sheralyn Bartley; and a great niece, Tava King.
