Joyce J. Shields, 84 of Oklahoma City, Ok passed away on October 12, 2020. She was born on June 25, 1936 in Atmore, Alabama to Eddie & Eva Johnson. Joyce was a strong willed and determined woman, stubborn as heck though. She loved her family and friends no matter what, especially her great grandchildren. Family time was precious to her. She loved having them around her. Joyce was the glue that held them together. She has given her family so many wonderful memories and tons of laughter and love. Words and tears can not express how much she truly will be missed. Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Shields; A celebration of life will be held at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home Chapel, Moore, OK.
