Joshua Morgan Obituary

Joshua S. Morgan, 39 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away on February 4, 2021. Born November 1981 to Earl and Sherri Morgan in Oklahoma City, Ok. His heart was always with his family. Amy said, “Josh was a big ol’ teddy bear with the most genuine smile and eyes that sparkled.”
Josh was a God-Fearing man with a loving heart, precious spirit, and with the best memory. He enjoyed camping at the lake, fishing, working in the yard, or anything outdoors. Most of all he loved spending time with his family. He liked comedy shows such as Two and a Half Men or Bad Girls and watching sports. His favorite teams were the OKC Thunder and Oklahoma Sooners.
Joshua is survived by his daughters Makayla, Makenzie, Kyrsten, and his son Caleb. Father, Earl Morgan. Our precious Grandmother, Ladonna Lewis, Sister, Amy Ray and her husband Cody and their sons Colton and Dylan. Nieces, Mercedes, her daughter Mia, and Madison, and a plethora of cousins that he always treated more like brothers and sisters, and aunts or uncles.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Sherri Morgan Snow, his big brother Michael Aycock, Jesse Port Morgan (grandpa “SHORTY”), Martha Morgan (Granny), Aunt Madalene Moore, and Uncle Mark Morgan.
There wasn’t anybody that did not love Josh. He was full of love and made sure to express his love to his family every chance he got. He never missed an opportunity to express how much he loved them. And last - We think it is important that we all remember that Josh never told one of us goodbye, ever, on any occasion. He ALWAYS said “LATER” as the closing of spending time with him or on a phone call. It was his way of letting us know that he will always see us again, and that we will always be reunited regardless of the situation; this is no exception. We will see you, Later.
A private service will be held.
