Jose Marcelino Castillo

Jose Marcelino Castillo Nuñez, age 54 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on November 18, 2022. Jose was born in Mexico on October 25, 1968, the son of Gregorio Castillo Cordoba and Maria G. Nuñez Torres. On November 1, 1991, Jose married the love of his life, Delphina White. This union produced two children, Delfina, and Steven. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters, and he also enjoyed watching football and cooking out. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Gregorio Castillo Cordoba, of Rayón, San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Jose is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Delphina Castillo, of the home; two children, Delfina Castillo, and Steven Castillo, both of Oklahoma City; two granddaughters, Melanie Mendez, and Ileana Franco, both of Oklahoma City; his mother, Maria Guadalupe Nuñez Torres of Oklahoma City; five brothers, Primitivo Castillo, and Zacarías Castillo, both of Rayón, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, Joaquin Castillo, and Tomas Castillo, both of Oklahoma City, and Felipe Castillo, of Illinois; one sister, Clara Castillo of Rayón, San Luis Potosí, Mexico; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family, and friends.

Jose's services will be officiated by Reverend Mark Smith.
