Jimmy Dale Manning

Jimmy Dale Manning of Edmond, age 66, passed from this Earth to be with his lord and savior in his eternal home in Heaven on June 4, 2021. He was born in Oklahoma City on June 6, 1954, to Patsy Ruth Manning-Coleman and Dale Willard Manning.

Jimmy was an incredibly talented musician and could play a wide variety of musical instruments. He loved cars and was an avid auto enthusiast his entire life, admiring many vehicles throughout his years. He was incredibly astute and scientific-minded and loved learning about anything related to science.

Mr. Manning was preceded in death by both parents, his first wife, Judy Manning, his second wife, Darlene Torres, and a daughter, Cindy Manning. He is survived by many loving family members including one sister, Mary Smiley, two nieces, Shanna Bader, Brooke Winn and husband Norm, a nephew, Kyle Bader, one great-niece, Jenna Bader, and several more great-nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, June 13 beginning at 1:30 PM at the John M. Ireland and Son Funeral Home and Chapel located at 120 S. Broadway in Moore, OK.  A graveside service will be held the following day on Monday, June 14 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery located at 13400 North Kelley Avenue in Oklahoma City.
