Jesse William Reames Jr.

Jesse William Reames Jr. of Newalla, Oklahoma, passed away on October 9, 2021 at the age of 79. Jesse Jr. was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Jesse William Reames Sr. and Easter Mae Reames (formerly Starring) on September 13, 1942.

Jesse spent the first part of his career working for Scrivener Wholesale Grocery. He then continued his working career at Locke Supply Co., retiring from there as a Maintenance Supervisor. He loved spending time outdoors, and Jesse took any opportunity to go hunting or fishing. Jesse made a positive impact on many throughout his life, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Easter M. and Jesse W. Reames, as well as his beloved wife, Jeanette Reames.

Jesse is survived by his children, daughters Karen Cavener and Crystal Jenkins; two sisters, Mary Fisher and Shirley Jones; grandchildren April Denham, Jesse Dabbs, Savannah Crews, and Scott Crews; as well as eight great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving family members and friends.
