James Allen Womack of Del City, Oklahoma, was born on February 13, 1944 in Blair, Oklahoma to John Robert and Anice (Redwine) Womack. James passed away on September 20, 2020 in Del City, Oklahoma at the age of 76.
James proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was an Elder at the South Walker Church of Christ and he enjoyed fishing, working in his garage and going to church.
James is survived by his wife of the home, Sharon Womack; three sons, Clinton Womack and wife, Tanya McCoy-Womack, Randy Womack and wife, Whitney, Martin Greenhaw and wife, Kim Thanh; one daughter, Jennifer Gray and husband, Joe; 9 grandchildren, John, Tessa and Katy McCoy, Chancee Culp and husband, Brandon, Keith Womack, Brendee Womack, Jackson Stone, Bao Do, Breanna Greenhaw; great- grandchild, Lucas Culp; 2 brothers, John and Leland Womack; 3 sisters, Georgia Reiter, Linda Davis and husband, Don, and Betty Eskew and husband, Bill.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John & Anice Womack; first wife, Brenda Womack; one son, Justin Greenhaw; and one brother, Bill Womack.
Visitation will be held from 2:00pm-8:30pm, Wednesday, September 23rd, at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, located at 120 South Broadway, in Moore, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the South Walker Church of Christ, 5217 S. Walker, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Interment to follow at Sunnylane Cemetery, Del City, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home Chapel.
