Harvey Eugene Carroll, 74, passed from this life on September 12, 2020. He was born December 13, 1945 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Milton J. "Beau" Chamblee and Betty Jo (Gresham) Manry. Harvey is survived by the love of his life for over 40 years, Donna Fitzgerald; his daughter, Angelia with her husband Brian; Harvey was also blessed with seven grandchildren; 4 sisters, Martha Jo Manry and husband Jim, Linda Leatherman, Roberta Craig and husband Kevin, Tana Marion and husband Greg; as well as 3 brothers, Robert Carroll and wife Theresa, Tommy Carroll and wife Michelle, Donnie Carroll and wife LeeAnn; step-son, David Kane Hauck; and numerous nieces and nephews. Harvey is preceded in death by his parents, Milton J. "Beau" Chamblee and Betty Jo (Gresham) Manry; 2 brothers, Jay Carroll, and Douglas Hargrove; 1 step daughter, Hollie Parsons. Harvey proudly served his country for 14 years as an MP in the United States Army. He served in many capacities often referred to as a “Jack of all trades” including a deputy, a jailor, a truck driver and a logger for many years. Harvey was a passionate avid Trout fisherman and also attended the Wohali Tournament at Canton Lake for seven years in a row. In his later years you could find Harvey tending to his flower garden at his home. He was a very educated man receiving his Master’s in Law and Doctrine in Psychology. Harvey will be truly and deeply missed by all those who knew him.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, September 18, 2020, at IOOF Cemetery, in Norman, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore, Oklahoma.
