Felipe Jr. Palacios

Felipe Jr. Palacios, age 33 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2022. Felipe was born on June 10, 1989, the son of Felipe Palacios and Silvia (De la Cruz) Palacios. Felipe’s family are deeply shocked and saddened by his sudden passing but are comforted knowing he is in the loving arms of his Lord and Savior.

He was raised in Oklahoma City and attended U.S. Grant High School. As a young man with an entrepreneurial mindset, Felipe watched and learned from his dad, who was a talented mechanic. Inspired by his father and a lifelong love of mechanics, he started his own business, Jr.’s Auto Service, when he was in his early 20s. He loved to admire classic cars, go fishing, and always enjoyed going to the horse races any time he had an opportunity. More than anything in his life, Felipe valued his family. Always a big kid at heart, he adored spending time with his children and loved playing with his nieces and nephews, treasuring the time he spent with those he loved. He will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Fernando and Socorro Cazares De la Cruz, his paternal grandparents, Thomas Palacios and Marcelina Escalante Arteaga, one cousin, Jasmin De la Cruz, two uncles, Eduardo De la Cruz, and Jose Luis Antonio Guerrero Rivera, and one aunt, Estela De la Cruz Silva.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Virginia Palacios, and their children Cristobal Felipe Palacios, Saray Palacios, and Alexa Palacios, of the home; his parents, father Felipe Palacios, and mother Silvia Palacios De la Cruz; his siblings, sister Jenny Palacios and brother-in-law Ricardo Soria Rodriguez, sister Naira Cisneros and brother-in-law Armando Cisneros and their children Gael Cisneros, and Emmaly Cisneros, and sister Cindy Peña-Aleman and brother-in-law Arturo Peña-Aleman and their children Marcela Chavez, Gabriella Peña-Aleman, and Ivanna Peña-Aleman; along with many other friends and loved ones.

Felipe Jr. Palacios, de 33 años de Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, falleció inesperadamente el 26 de septiembre de 2022. Felipe nació el 10 de junio de 1989, hijo de Felipe Palacios y Silvia (De la Cruz) Palacios. La familia de Felipe está profundamente conmocionada y entristecida por su repentino fallecimiento, pero se consuela sabiendo que está en los brazos amorosos de su Señor y Salvador.

Se crio en la ciudad de Oklahoma y asistió a la escuela secundaria U.S. Grant. Cuando era un joven con una mentalidad emprendedora, Felipe vio y aprendió de su papa, quien era un mecánico muy talentoso. Inspirado por su padre y toda una vida de amor por la mecánica Felipe inicio su propio negocio, Jr.'s Auto Service cuando apenas era un joven en sus veintes. Le encantaba admirar los autos clásicos, ir de pesca y siempre disfrutaba ir a las carreras de caballos cada vez que tenía la oportunidad. Más que nada en su vida, Felipe valoraba a su familia. Siempre con un corazón de niño, adoraba pasar tiempo con sus niños, y le encantaba jugar con sus sobrinos, y adoraba el tiempo que pasaba con sus seres queridos. Siempre se le extrañara.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus abuelos maternos, Fernando y Socorro Cazares De la Cruz, sus abuelos paternos, Thomas Palacios y Marcelina Escalante Arteaga, una prima, Jasmín De la Cruz, dos tíos, Eduardo De la Cruz y José Luis Antonio Guerrero Rivera y una tía, Estela De la Cruz Silva.

Quedan para valorar su memoria su amada esposa, Virginia Palacios, y sus hijos Cristóbal Felipe Palacios, Saray Palacios y Alexa Palacios, del hogar; sus padres, su padre Felipe Palacios y su madre Silvia Palacios De la Cruz; sus hermanos, hermana Jenny Palacios y su cuñado Ricardo Rodríguez, hermana Naira Cisneros y  su cuñado Armando Cisneros y sus hijos Gael Cisneros, y Emmaly Cisneros, y hermana Cindy Peña-Alemán y su cuñado Arturo Peña -Alemán y sus hijos Marcela Chávez, Gabriella Pena-Alemán e Ivanna Pena-Alemán; junto con muchos otros amigos y seres queridos.
