Dale Eugene Shaffer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2023, at the age of 70. Dale was born on March 15, 1953, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Paul Shaffer and Velma M. Shaffer.
Dale is survived by his two daughters, Velma N. Shaffer and Ruby Crews, and grandson, Jonathan Crews.
