Clara Marie Rogers

Clara Marie Rogers, 61 of Blanchard, Oklahoma, passed away on September 5th, 2021 due to diabetes, congestive heart failure, and COVID. She was born April 9, 1960 to William Bill and Evelyn Loren Newman of Shawnee, Oklahoma. She married her best friend, Robert Rogers, on December 20, 1996.

Clair loved her family so much - her grandkids and great grandkids were her world. Clair loved her church and her family, and she loved her animals. She loved to crochet and make blankets, always giving them away as gifts. She loved the auction because of her love of collectibles. Clair worked for DJ's for many years, then moved on to work for Kim & Kevin's out of Dibble, Oklahoma until she became disabled. Through that journey, she met a lot of lifelong friends. She is survived by her beloved husband Robert Rogers; her children Mindy Newman and William Hamilton of OKC and grandkids Nathaniel Murray, Tayla Newman, William Hamilton Jr. Terry Hamilton, Gabriella Hammons and Noah Hammons; Michael Alexander & Tina Hoover of Haskell, Oklahoma and granddaughter Sabriah; Bailey Alexander of Dibble Oklahoma, granddaughter Peyton and Grandson Sawyer, Makayla Geary & John Kimbro of Ryan Oklahoma; Great grandbabies Bentley and Jax; Chloe Cerda and Jack Culp of Oklahoma City; Great grandbabies: Jasper and Apollo; her sister, Sandy Bowman of Prague, Oklahoma, and brothers Tony Newman of Prague and Johnny Newman of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, as well as many more family members and friends.

Services for Clair are pending at this time and are under the direction of John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel.
