Carl Edward Shoopman

Carl Edward Shoopman of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away from this life on November 13, 2023, at the age of 92. Carl was born in Gracemont, Oklahoma, on November 17, 1930, the son of Edgar and Grace Shoopman.

He loved cleaning and detailing his car, watching westerns, cooking Sunday breakfast for his family, and of course, bossing people around. Carl lived a fulfilling life and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Oleta Jane “Dolly” Shoopman.

Left to cherish his memory are his two children, Tommy Shoopman and daughter-in-law Lisa, and Donna Shimabukuro and son-in-law Kelvin. Preceding him in death are his mother and father, and three children, Ray Shoopman, Bobby Shoopman, and Debbie Bratcher.
