Beverly J. Meissner

Beverly J. Meissner, of Moore, passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 78.  She was born January 1, 1943, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Beverly married John A. Meissner on March 3, 1995, in Moore, OK.  She was a member of The Hill Church in Moore. 

Her hobbies were gardening and doing research on ancestry.com. 

Beverly is survived by her husband of 25 years, John Meissner; daughter, Devery Harman; 2 granddaughters, Brandi Bailey and Caroline Meissner; 3 grandsons, Jaden Meissner and Connor Meissner; great-grandson, Isaiah Cass; sister, Shirley Duren & husband, Jimmy; brother, Jimmy Hogue & wife, Illrae; step-son, John-David Meissner & wife, Corrie.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Anna Watkins; step-father, Willie Harris; son, Todd Joe Davis; and 2 nephews, Danny Joe Foster and Jamie Foster. 

Due to COVID, Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at The Hill Church, 2928 Woodlawn, in Moore, for family only.  Interment will be held at Poolesville Cemetery, in Poolesville, OK.   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to City Rescue Mission, 800 W. California, OKC, OK  73106.  Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore, OK.
