Betty Jean Dowdle

Betty Jean Dowdle of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away from this life on May 8, 2022, at the age of 85. Betty was born in Criner, Oklahoma, to Bill and Joe Logue on August 21, 1936. Until her retirement, she was an Inventory Specialist for Fred Jones Ford in Oklahoma City. Betty enjoyed traveling frequently and loved to go on vacation. She touched the lives of many people during her lifetime, and Betty will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Dale Dowdle, who passed away in 2016; a grandchild, Kalynn Dowdle; and two siblings, brother William Logue, and sister Wanda Bennyhoff.

She is survived by two sons, Tommy Dowdle, and Terry Dowdle and wife Kathy; her grandchildren, Tamara Spearman, and Kendy Arey; five great-grandchildren, Alicen Wallace, Kayelynn Wallace, Lilith Arey, Corbin Spearman, and Zaine Nantahalanzy; along with her half-brother, David Reese.
