William Edward “Bill” Watters, Jr. was born on June 3, 1949 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed away on February 14, 2012 and passed away on Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 62.  Bill enjoyed fishing, watching movies and hanging out with his friends. 

 She is survived by her son, Donald Watters & wife Susie, 2 daughters, Theresa Jester & husband Billy & Debra Dedard & husband Tony; 6 grandchildren, Donald Watters, II, Donavan Watters, Taylor Jester, Justin Jester, Jessica Bedard & Sara Bedard; mother, Gabriella Theresa Long; brother, Danny Watters & wife Trudy; 2 sisters, Becky Gerred & husband Eddie & Mada Chavez & husband Roy.  He is preceded in death by her father, William E. Watters, Sr.

Funeral Services are 10:00am, Friday, February 17, 2012 John M. Ireland Funeral Home Chapel, located at 120 S. Broadway, Moore, OK.  Interment will follow to Vamossa Cemetery in Konawa, Oklahoma.
