Troy Eugene Sikes, 51, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away May 5, 2018. He was born February 19, 1967 to Herbert and Judy Sikes in Oklahoma City.

 

Troy was an aircraft painter. He also enjoyed painting cars. Growing up he loved playing sports, especially baseball and basketball. Troy also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hanging with his friends. He loved children, especiallyhis nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Troy was a very helpful person and had a zest for life.

 

He is survived by his mother, Judy Sikes; sister, Juquetta Stone and husband, Richard; brother, Ernest Sikes; 4 nieces, Trasena Stone, Lea Sikes, Heather Sikes, and Holly Stone; 1 nephew, Christopher Brown; numerous great-nices, nephews and other loving family members and friends.

 

He is preceded in death by is father, Herbert Sikes.

 

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the chapel of John M. Ireland Funeral Home, Moore, Oklahoma 73160. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.

Im sure sorry to hear of Troys passing. He was a great friend growing up on Drexel ave. And he was liked and loved by many friends.

I worked with at downtown airpark and at commander aircrafts new troy along time very Good friend of mine.really sorry to hear about him.will pray for your family.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your son who left this world too soon. As you know, Rick and I grew up with your sons. You welcomed us into your home as if we were your own. I have so many wonderful childhood memories of growing up on Drexel.... God Bless. .My most sincere condolences to you and your family....
