Richard Hunter Rosebrook, was born on July 24, 1938 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed away on February 9, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 73.  He was a member of the Kiwanis and the Jaycees.  Richard was a jack of all trades.  He worked many jobs in his life, starting with him being a Funeral Director, school teacher, taxi cab driver.  At one point in his life, he worked at 7-Eleven, and was shot in the arm during a robbery.  He was employed by C-Gate for many years and also delivered mail for the past 3 years.  Richard enjoyed listening to music, teaching & playing music.  He was also a great photographer, and a Little League Coach. Richard enjoyed fishing.  His first love was spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Annetta Rosebrook; 3 sons, Parie Don Rosebrook, Gerald Wayne Rosebrook, John Allen Rosebrook & wife and Carrie Michelle;  6 grandchildren, Richard Rosebrook,III, Sheena, Matthew, Elizabeth, Mallory & John Allen Rosebrook, Jr.; 7 great- grandchildren; A host of nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie & Ann Rosebrook; son, Richard Rosebrook, II. 

Funeral Services will be 2:00pm, Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Newcastle Methodist Church, 121 E. Fox Lane in Newcastle, OK.  Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Garden, in Oklahoma City.
