Mary Jeannette Stephens, Jeanette Stephens, nee Dunn, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, in Norman, OK. She was 74. Jeanette, who answered to Nette, Mom and Ma, was born on Sept. 9, 1937 in Brush, Colorado, to Arthur Thomas and Helen L. Dunn. She married Marvin Bell, and her sons, David and Terry, were born in her beloved Colorado. She later moved to Oklahoma, where she lived most of the rest of her life. She married L.T. Stephens and they adopted and raised their granddaughters, Nicole and Cassandra. In life, Jeanette's favorite things included reading her Bible, singing in church, spending time with family, painting the most beautiful pictures and having lunch out with her beloved sisters. She had a kind word for everyone and was a strong and beautiful soul. She was a loving mother and devoted her life to all her 'babies.'

 Jeanette is survived by her sons, David Bell and wife Karen of AZ, Terry Bell and wife Laura of CO, her daughters Nicole Rosanelli and husband Chad of OR, Cassandra Bell of OK, her grandchildren, Dallas Bell of CO, Devin Bell and wife Melissa of CO, her great-grandchildren, Mira, Aiden and Juliana Rosanelli of OR, Victoria Coffey of OK, and Landon Bell of CO, her sisters, Lurene Bowling and husband Roland of OK, Shirley Johnson of OK, Rhonda Hunter and husband Ben of OK, and her brother Charles Dunn and wife Janet of AK, as well as numerous beloved neices and nephews and daughter-in-law Sheliah Scott. Jeanette is preceded in death by her husband, Len, her parents, Arthur and Helen, and her beloved brother, Arthur Thomas 'Tommy' Dunn and niece Shirley Ann Bowling.

Service will be held graveside by the John M. Ireland Funeral Home. Interment at the Blanchard Cemetery, Hwy 76 N, Blanchard, OK, on Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, at 1:00 pm. Honorary pallbearers are Dallas Bell, Devin Bell, Tim Bowling, Derek Hunter, Tommy Dunn, Gordon Johnson, and Chuck Johnson. We love you, Ma. You are missed more than words can express. We know you are still with us and we will see you again one day. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, Moore, OK.
