Andy Carl Story, was born on August 14, 1948 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed away on February 2, 2012 in Dallas, Taxas at the age of 64. 

He is survived by his 3 children, Andrea Denham & spouse Nic, Michelle Bishop & spouse Marc, & Chad Story & spouse Candi; 3 sisters, Shirley Ann Lashly, Norma June Taylor, & Rachel Lona Seelye; 3 brothers, Melvin D. Story, Houston K. Story, & Thomas Julian; 7 grandchildren & numerous of nieces, nephews & other loving family members & friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Kelsea & Dora Story; daughter, Lisa Marie Story; sisters, Delores June Flood, Alice Mary Gentry, & Mary Ellen; brothers,  Joe Story & Captain K.

Graveside Services are 10:00am, Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City, Ok.  Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel.
